Purple Pepper Commerce offers business consulting, account management, advertising, catalog optimization, influencer/affiliate marketing systems, and related ecommerce growth services (collectively, the “Services”).

Our Services are primarily intended for:

• Established Amazon sellers & ecommerce brands.

• U.S.-based businesses with typically 1–5 employees.

• Brands generating $100K+/month in Amazon sales (ideal for full-service + influencer system).

• We reserve the right to determine eligibility for specific services.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use our Services for lawful business purposes only.

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your business and maintaining any accounts or integrations required to deliver Services.

Unauthorized or abusive use of our Services, including misuse of provided data, is strictly prohibited.

3. Fees & Payments

• Fees for our Services are outlined in client agreements, proposals, or invoices.

• Payments must be made in accordance with agreed terms.

• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.

• Fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials, strategies, frameworks, and content provided by Purple Pepper Commerce remain our intellectual property unless expressly transferred.

You may not copy, resell, or distribute our proprietary systems or content without written consent.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive business, financial, and operational information shared during the course of engagement.

This obligation survives termination of Services.

6. Limitation of Liability

Purple Pepper Commerce provides Services designed to optimize, advise, and support growth; however, we do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Purple Pepper Commerce is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or opportunities.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate Services by providing written notice in accordance with any existing agreements.

We reserve the right to terminate Services immediately for misuse, non-payment, or breach of these Terms.

8. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

Some Services may involve integrations with Amazon, ecommerce platforms, or third-party tools.

You are responsible for complying with the terms of those third-party providers. We are not liable for issues arising from third-party platforms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Illinois , without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
